When does stand booking open?
Booking opens in the autumn. The exact date is on the prices page.
Does a stand include an online company profile?
Yes. Every stand includes a profile in the Pesti company database.
How much does it cost to take part?
The price is the registration fee plus stand space, which depends on the area and size. See prices. We invoice after the event.
Are walls included in the stand space?
No. Bring your own structures or order a ready-built stand from the stand builder. Details are on the prices page.
How many exhibitors can be at a stand?
Up to six at a time. The registration fee includes meal tickets for four exhibitors.
Where do we send our stand materials?
Instructions and the address are in the exhibitor guide.
Students
Does the event cost anything?
No. Admission is free and you don’t need to register.
Is the event only for technology students?
No. The fair focuses on technology, but all job seekers and anyone planning their career are welcome.
Where can I see which companies are coming?
In the Pesti company database. You can search by degree programme and year of study.
