All prices on one page. We invoice only after the event.
The price of taking part is the registration fee plus stand space. VAT 25.5% is added to all prices.
Prices are from the 2026 price list. Prices for 2027 will be confirmed before booking opens.
Registration fee
400 € + VAT
- One stand space in the fair area
- Company profile in the Pesti company database (extra profiles 100 € each)
- Event arrangements and service
- Meal tickets for four exhibitors at the university restaurants: breakfast, coffee and lunch
Stand space
The price depends on the area and the size of the stand space.

Example: a 3 m × 2 m stand, Area A or D: 400 € + 990 € = 1,390 € + VAT.
Every stand space includes
- Waste bin and extension cord
- Free table and chair from the university’s lecture hall furniture, if booked when registering
- Up to six exhibitors at a time. If you bring more people, please book an extra space.
Ready-built stands
Stand space does not include walls. You can bring your own structures or rent a ready-built stand from the stand builder. A ready-built stand includes walls, a fascia board, carpet and lighting. The stand builder sends you an offer and invoices you directly.

3 m × 2 m, height 2.5 m
365 € + VAT

Cancellation and invoicing
Cancellation is free until 6 December 2026. After that the registration fee is charged, and cancellations less than two weeks before the event are charged in full. The registration fee and stand space are invoiced after the event.
More information
You choose the location, size and type of your stand on the fair map when you register. The organiser may change the size and location of a stand if necessary.
Extra meal tickets can be bought later at a price to be announced. Unused tickets are not refunded.
